Printed on Grosvenor Chater's Basingwerk Parchment at The Curwen Press. Original pictorial hessian with Ravilious designs printed in black on front and back. Rose and acorn repeat-pattern endpapers. In black cloth slipcase as issued. Illustrated with 421 full-size engravings on 113 leaves. Together with 'Hull's Mill' loosely inserted. Spine tanned as usual. Near fine. Item #3216

Only six of Ravilious' original blocks survive. This copy of the catalogue raisonné comes with a loose engraving from one of those blocks. 'Hull's Mill' is an engraving on boxwood printed by Ian Mortimer in an edition limited to 150 copies on 160gsm vélin d'Arches paper issued by Merivale Editions and Jennings Fine Art in 2006.
