London: Henry Frowde, [c.1905]. Pott 8vo. Reprint. First published in this series in 1902. Original 'Sultan-red' limp leather, gilt. Top edge gilt. Covers just a bit rubbed. '20' inked to top corner inside. A little foxing to the prelims. Very good. Item #5280

#25 in The World's Classics. The 'Sultan-red' limp leather binding is notoriously fragile and copies in nice condition are hard to come by. There is no mention of Oxford University Press on the title page and the date is not stated, but the list of available volumes would place this around 1905 just as Henry Frowde took over from Grant Richards.
