Illustrated throughout both volumes with drawings and black and white photographic plates. 1. The book has clearly been kept in slightly damp conditions at some stage. The front board is slightly bowed. The unclipped d/w is a little rubbed and marked with a few nicks and some tiny loss to the head of the spine. Very good + in good + d/w. 2. Morpeth bookseller's stamp to the bottom edge of the front pastedown. Unclipped d/w just little rubbed at the spine ends and corner tips. Near fine in near fine d/w. Item #8223
