Most photographs by the author. Spine ends slightly pushed and marked. Contents clean. The unclipped jacket has large chips and tears to the spine and both panels, with tape repairs to the back. The flaps are complete. Near fine in poor d/w. Item #8830
Although the jacket leaves a lot to be desired, this second edition is nearly as uncommon as the first.
